Important informationWe offer a collection of ready-to-wear dresses. It is also possible to have a completely custom-made dress designed. Custom-made dresses have a minimum lead time of three months. Fittings are by appointment only. We do not allow walk-ins. All visits must be scheduled in advance. Appointments can be easily booked on our website on the 'Appointments' page.
Did you use our online tool to book an appointment? Then keep a close eye on your mailbox. If you have not received confirmation within a few minutes, the appointment has not been booked.
To avoid misunderstandings, please take note of the following conditions for cancellations:
custom-made orders For custom-made orders, a 50% deposit is always required at the time of ordering. As these orders are made entirely to measure, cancellation is not possible. If you do decide to cancel, you will still owe the deposit and must also pay the remaining balance (50%).
ready-to-wear dresses When you cancel an order for a ready-to-wear dress, the following conditions apply:
If no alterations have been made yet, you can receive a voucher for the amount paid instead of a refund.
The cancellation must be made within 14 days of purchase.
The voucher is valid for 12 months after issue.
If alterations or adjustments have already been made, cancellation is no longer possible and the purchase remains final.
