Cancellation policy

To avoid misunderstandings, please take note of the following conditions for cancellations:

1. custom-made orders
   For custom-made orders, a 50% deposit is always required at the time of ordering. As these orders are made entirely to measure, cancellation is not possible. If you do decide to cancel, you will still owe the deposit and must also pay the remaining balance (50%).
2. ready-to-wear dresses
   When you cancel an order for a ready-to-wear dress, the following conditions apply:

• If no alterations have been made yet, you can receive a voucher for the amount paid instead of a refund.
• The cancellation must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months after issue.
• If alterations or adjustments have already been made, cancellation is no longer possible and the purchase remains final.
