In addition, delivery from abroad is not always guaranteed. Not all foreign webshops deliver to Belgium or have clear delivery terms and conditions, which in practice can lead to delays, additional costs or orders not being completed.
A correct fit is essential for the final result of a dress. In our shop, professional alterations and adjustments are provided, carried out with knowledge of the design and the materials used. With online purchases, such services are usually not included and are charged separately.
We attach great importance to transparency, product reliability and service. In our shop, you can see and try on the exact product that is being offered, with clarity about quality, finish and fit. In addition, a purchase from us includes personal guidance. Customers who book an appointment are individually assisted and guided in their choice during a reserved time slot. Where possible, the designer is also present to advise on fit, colour choice and style according to the figure and occasion. This service and experience are an integral part of our pricing.
Online images may differ from the actual product delivered. In addition, returns to foreign suppliers are often limited or not possible. Foreign webshops sometimes use images of designer dresses, their own designs or images from official suppliers, without these necessarily corresponding to the final product delivered. In such cases, the item received may differ in terms of design, material and finish.
